Custom CRM development for your business
Your CRM, built around how your team sells and looks after customers: with your fields, your stages and your vocabulary. We start from our own foundation, CLOUDESK CRM, so you get to a working system sooner and pay for adapting it, not for inventing it.
What a custom CRM is
A custom CRM is the system where your team keeps track of customers, with your fields, your stages and your words: who each customer is, what has been offered and when to call back.
If your sale goes through a visit, an approved quote and a signature, the CRM has those stages and no others. Everything is entered once, and quotes, reminders and reports come from there.
Do you also need purchasing, stock or accounting? Have a look at custom ERP development.
Off-the-shelf CRM or custom CRM
Both work. It depends on how closely the way you sell matches what the makers of the standard product had in mind.
| What to look at | Off-the-shelf CRM | Custom CRM |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | You pay per user per month for as long as you use it. Every new person raises the bill. | No per-user fees to third parties. You pay for the development and, if you want, the maintenance. |
| Fit with your processes | You adapt to the software. Changes depend on what the vendor allows. | The system is built around your processes, and changing it later is work, not a request. |
| Vendor dependence | If the vendor changes prices or features, you have to accept it. | The terms for the code are agreed in writing in the quote. |
| Where your data lives | On servers chosen by the vendor. | On servers in Spain or on your own, as you decide. |
| Getting started | Immediate: sign up and start today. | One to two months depending on the modules; adapting CLOUDESK CRM is usually quicker. |
If an off-the-shelf product fits, use it. If it forces you to work in a way you do not want, let us talk.

Why we start from CLOUDESK CRM
CLOUDESK CRM is ours: 334 screens and 90,000 lines of code written by us and running in production. With that foundation, your CRM does not start by programming the customer record, the search or the permissions, which are already built and tested, but with what makes your business different.
- Faster: we adapt what exists instead of building it from scratch
- Cheaper: the budget goes to what is unique to you
- Still fully custom: the code is ours and we change it
Integrations
A CRM does not live on its own. These are the connections we have already built:
- Our own REST API, so your website, your shop or another program can read from and write to the CRM.
- Phone system: incoming calls reach the CRM and open the caller's record.
- Email: quotes, catalogues and reminders are sent from the system itself.
- Data import from Excel, Access or legacy software, history included.
We connect with the software you already use if it has an API or lets you export data. We will tell you at the first meeting.
CRMs we have already built
Three different industries and three CRMs in production, maintained by us.
Map-based PMS for campsites, motorhome areas and glamping

From the first meeting to a working program
With a closed quote, and you watching it take shape from the first week.
We understand your process
We sit down with the people doing the work. Where time gets lost, what gets repeated, what data gets looked up every day.
We propose and quote
Scope, screens and a fixed price, in writing. What is in, what is out, and when it will be ready.
We build in stages
A place to try it out as it gets built. No disappearing for three months.
We put it live
Data migration, training for your team and support from the people who wrote it.
It depends on the modules you need and how many people will use it, which is why we do not publish prices. After the first meeting you get in writing what is included, what is not and a fixed price.
A management application takes one to two months depending on the modules; adapting CLOUDESK CRM is usually quicker. From the first weeks you have an address where you can try it as it is built.
Yes. We move customers, contacts, deals and history from another CRM, from spreadsheets or from Access, so you start with your data inside and not with an empty system.
Yes. You can start with the essentials and add modules when you need them, such as call campaigns or invoicing. Each extension is quoted separately and you decide.
With roles and permissions: each user sees their own customers, their team's or all of them, depending on their profile. The activity log records who changed what.
Yes. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install, so your sales reps always have it with them.
Your business uses it and we maintain it. The terms for the code and the hosting are agreed for each project and set out in writing in the quote.
Tell us about your project
Tell us how you sell today and what you would like the CRM to do. We will reply with a proposal, no strings attached.
