Custom ERP development for your business
Purchasing, stock, orders, production, invoicing and accounting in a single system, built around how your business runs on the inside. We start from CLOUDESK CRM, which already covers almost everything, and adapt it to you.
What a custom ERP is
A custom ERP is the system your business uses to run itself on the inside, built around your own workflows rather than those of a typical company: what you buy, what you hold in stock, what you make or deliver, what you invoice and what you collect, all the way to the accounts.
How is it different from a CRM?
A CRM looks outwards, at the customer: contacts, deals, calls and follow-up. An ERP looks inwards: purchasing, stock, production, invoicing and accounting. Many companies need both in the same system, so that the order comes from the quote, the delivery note from the order, the invoice from the delivery note and the journal entry from the invoice. That is exactly what we do.
If your work is mostly about selling and looking after customers, start with custom CRM development.
Commercial ERP or custom ERP
A commercial ERP can be a good choice. This is what is worth weighing up before you decide.
| What to look at | Commercial ERP | Custom ERP |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | A fee per user or per module, and often an implementation partner paid separately. | No third-party licences. You pay for the development and, if you want, the maintenance. |
| Fit with your processes | Configured within what the software allows; whatever does not fit ends up in a spreadsheet. | Built around your workflows: your documents, your numbering series and your approvals. |
| Vendor dependence | Updates, prices and features are decided by the vendor. | The terms for the code are agreed in writing in the quote. |
| Where your data lives | Wherever the vendor or the implementation partner decides. | On servers in Spain or on your own, as you decide. |
| Getting started | Quick if your business looks like the one the vendor had in mind. | One to two months depending on the modules; starting from CLOUDESK CRM shortens the road. |
If a commercial ERP fits, use it. If it forces you to work in a way you do not want, let us talk.
What your ERP can include
It is not a fixed bundle: your ERP includes what your business uses. All of this already runs in CLOUDESK CRM.
Purchasing and suppliers
Supplier records and what each one has delivered to you.
Quotes
In PDF with an approval workflow; they turn into orders without retyping.
Orders and delivery notes
With their incidents, linked to the customer and to the invoice.
Stock, items and price lists
Items, stock levels and customer price lists, updated with every movement.
Production
The stages of your manufacturing or your service, with tracking.
Commissions and settlements
Automatic calculation of commissions and supplier settlements.
Invoicing
Numbering series, due dates, recurring invoices and unpaid invoice alerts.
Ready for VeriFactu
Every invoice with its chained hash and its QR code.
SEPA batches
Direct debit and transfer batches generated by the system itself.
Accounting
Automatic journal entries, VAT books and form 303.
Banking
Bank statements in Norma 43 format and transaction reconciliation.
Time tracking
Statutory working-time records, rotas, absences and monthly close.
Compliance built into the system
Two obligations that many SMEs handle with workarounds are covered by the system itself:
- VeriFactu. Invoicing generates every invoice with its hash chained to the previous one and its QR code.
- Working-time records. Staff clock in from a computer, a phone or a PIN kiosk; the records cannot be altered and the monthly close is exported for the Labour Inspectorate.
The system provides the tools. How and from when each obligation applies to you depends on your business: check with your accountant or adviser.
Why we start from our own foundation
Everything above already exists in CLOUDESK CRM: 334 screens and 90,000 lines of code written by us and running in production. Your ERP does not start by programming the invoice or the journal entry, which are already built and tested, but by adapting them to the way you work.
- Faster: we adapt what exists instead of building it from scratch
- Cheaper: the budget goes to what is unique to you
- Still fully custom: the code is ours and we change it
Management systems we have already built
A CRM and ERP for solar installers and a POS with stock control for shops, both in production.
From the first meeting to a working program
With a closed quote, and you watching it take shape from the first week.
We understand your process
We sit down with the people doing the work. Where time gets lost, what gets repeated, what data gets looked up every day.
We propose and quote
Scope, screens and a fixed price, in writing. What is in, what is out, and when it will be ready.
We build in stages
A place to try it out as it gets built. No disappearing for three months.
We put it live
Data migration, training for your team and support from the people who wrote it.
It depends on the modules, the integrations and the data to be migrated, which is why we do not publish prices. After the first meeting you get in writing what is included, what is not and a fixed price.
A management application takes one to two months depending on the modules; adapting CLOUDESK CRM is usually quicker. From the first weeks you have an address where you can try it as it is built.
Yes. We move customers, suppliers, items, price lists and history from another ERP, from Access or from spreadsheets, so you start with your business already inside.
The accounts come out of the system itself, with automatic journal entries and VAT books. Whatever your accountant needs is exported in a format we agree with them.
Invoicing generates every invoice with its chained hash and its QR code. How the obligation applies to you depends on your business: check with your adviser.
Yes. Many companies start with invoicing or stock and add purchasing, production or accounting later. Each extension is quoted separately.
Yes. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install, and the employee portal installs on the phone like an app for clocking in.

Tell us how you work today, which software you use and what you would like the ERP to do. We will reply with a proposal, no strings attached.
