Cookie policy
The short version
cloudesk.es uses its own cookies needed for the site to work and, only if you give us permission, Google Analytics cookies to count visits. There is no advertising and no profiling. Until you accept analytics, nothing from Google is loaded: neither the script nor its cookies. We also load no fonts, maps or videos from external servers: everything else is served from our own domain.
You can review or change your decision at any time from «Cookie settings», the link in the footer of every page.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. They are used for very different things: some are essential for the site to work, others are used for measurement or advertising. The law (article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI) only requires asking your permission for the latter; the former are exempt.
Alongside cookies there are other forms of browser storage, such as local storage. We treat them the same way here: if we stored anything that was not essential, we would ask you first.

How you decide
The first time you visit we show a notice with three options at the same level: accept all, reject all and configure. All three cost the same — same button, same size, same colour — because rejecting should not be harder than accepting.
- No cookie wall: the site works in full even if you reject everything. We hide no content behind consent.
- Nothing loads beforehand: until you decide, no resource from a non-accepted category runs. The blocking is done by the server, not just the browser.
- You can change your mind: from «Cookie settings» in the footer. Withdrawing permission is as easy as giving it, and if you withdraw a category we reload the page to leave it clean.
- It expires: your decision lasts 24 months. After that we ask again. We also ask again if this list changes.
We store what you chose, when, and against which version of this policy, together with your browser and an encrypted fingerprint of your IP — never the IP in the clear. It is the proof that we honour your decision, and article 7.1 GDPR requires it. We also explain this in the privacy policy.
How to delete them from your browser
Besides this site's panel, you can delete or block cookies from your browser. There you manage those of every website, not only ours:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
- Mobile: on Android and iOS, inside the browser's own settings.
If you delete our cookies we will show the notice again, and the contact form may stop working until you accept the necessary ones.
Third-party cookies
We only use Google Analytics cookies (Google Ireland Ltd.), and only if you accept the «Analytics» category. They tell us how many people visit the site and which pages they read, in aggregate figures; we do not use them for advertising, Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and Google Analytics does not store your IP address. Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More detail in the privacy policy and in Google's information.
If you withdraw your permission, we stop loading Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser.
